At The Dugout Training Facility, every member plays an important role in creating a safe, clean, respectful, and professional training environment.

These guidelines are designed to protect our athletes, preserve our facility, and ensure every member enjoys the best possible training experience.

Protect Every Athlete

Safety First

Pitching Machine Operation

Pitching machines may only be operated by individuals who are at least 16 years of age.

Protective Screens

A protective screen must always be positioned in front of the person operating a pitching machine or throwing batting practice.

Damaged Equipment

Stop using any machine or training equipment that appears damaged or is not operating correctly. Report the problem to staff as soon as possible.

Membership and Security

Facility Access

Member Check-In

Members are required to check in using the member app each time they enter the facility.

Checking in helps maintain accurate facility availability through the Live Dashboard.

Never Open a Locked Door

Never open a locked door to allow another person into the facility.

Every member, trainer, coach, and authorized user must enter using their own approved access or check in during staffed hours.

Member Access Hours

Members may access the facility seven days a week from 6:00 AM until 10:00 PM.

Staffed-Hour Assignments

When the facility is staffed, please check with the front desk for your cage or training-area assignment.

Fair and Respectful Use

Shared Training Areas

One-Hour Limit When Others Are Waiting

When another athlete is waiting, cage use is limited to one hour.

Respect Scheduled Training

Please respect private lessons, camps, clinics, and team practices by avoiding interruptions and using only designated training areas.

Turf-Area Access

Trainers and participating members or athletes only are permitted in the turf training area.

Return Equipment

To help maintain a safe and organized training environment, all equipment must be returned to its designated location immediately after use.

No Gum or Food in the Turf Area

To protect the quality and longevity of our turf, food and gum are prohibited in all turf training areas.

Anyone found with gum in the turf area will be asked to leave the facility.

Clean Up After Training

Please collect all baseballs and softballs before leaving your training area.

Every member shares the responsibility of leaving the facility clean and ready for the next athlete.

Do Not Remove Facility Equipment

Balls, screens, tees, machines, weights, and other Dugout equipment may not be removed from the facility.

Supervision and Responsibility

Strength Training Area

Return All Weights

To help maintain a safe and organized training environment, all weights, dumbbells, bars, plates, and strength equipment must be returned to their designated location immediately after use.

Keep Walkways Clear

Do not leave weights, plates, bars, or other equipment in walkways or open training areas.

Use Equipment Responsibly

Strength equipment must be used only for its intended purpose and in a safe, controlled manner.

Authorized Facility Use

Guest Access

Walk-In Visits

Walk-in access is available during staffed hours for a fee of $15 per visit.

No Guests During Non-Staffed Hours

Guests are not permitted inside the facility during non-staffed hours.

Access is limited to authorized members, trainers, coaches, and scheduled participants.

Respect Others

Treat fellow athletes, parents, coaches, trainers, and staff with respect at all times.

No Horseplay

Running, horseplay, reckless behavior, or misuse of equipment is not permitted anywhere in the facility.

Follow Staff Instructions

Members and guests must follow all posted rules, facility notices, and staff instructions.

Respect Other Training Sessions

Do not interrupt, interfere with, or enter areas being used for private lessons, camps, clinics, or team practices unless you are a scheduled participant.

Member Responsibility

Failure to Follow Facility Guidelines

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in a verbal warning, temporary suspension of facility privileges, or termination of membership, depending on the severity or frequency of the violation.

Serious safety, security, or conduct violations may result in immediate removal from the facility.
