Welcome to The Dugout
At The Dugout Training Facility, every member plays an important role in creating a safe, clean, respectful, and professional training environment.
These guidelines are designed to protect our athletes, preserve our facility, and ensure every member enjoys the best possible training experience.
The Dugout Standard
Safety is our highest priority. Every guideline is designed to protect athletes, families, trainers, and staff.
Respect other athletes, families, trainers, coaches, staff, equipment, and the facility.
Come prepared to train with purpose, improve your skills, and move closer to your goals.
Take responsibility for your actions, your equipment, and the condition of the facility after every workout.
Help create a positive environment where athletes support one another and celebrate each other's success.
Protect Every Athlete
To protect the safety of all athletes, batting helmets are required anytime an athlete is being pitched to, including live pitching and pitching-machine use.
Pitching machines may only be operated by individuals who are at least 16 years of age.
A protective screen must always be positioned in front of the person operating a pitching machine or throwing batting practice.
Stop using any machine or training equipment that appears damaged or is not operating correctly. Report the problem to staff as soon as possible.
Membership and Security
Members are required to check in using the member app each time they enter the facility.
Checking in helps maintain accurate facility availability through the Live Dashboard.
Never open a locked door to allow another person into the facility.
Every member, trainer, coach, and authorized user must enter using their own approved access or check in during staffed hours.
Members may access the facility seven days a week from 6:00 AM until 10:00 PM.
When the facility is staffed, please check with the front desk for your cage or training-area assignment.
Protect the Training Environment
To help maintain a safe and organized training environment, all equipment must be returned to its designated location immediately after use.
To protect the quality and longevity of our turf, food and gum are prohibited in all turf training areas.
Anyone found with gum in the turf area will be asked to leave the facility.
Please collect all baseballs and softballs before leaving your training area.
Every member shares the responsibility of leaving the facility clean and ready for the next athlete.
Balls, screens, tees, machines, weights, and other Dugout equipment may not be removed from the facility.
Supervision and Responsibility
Weightlifting equipment is off-limits to anyone 16 years of age or younger unless directly assisted by an adult or Dugout trainer.
To help maintain a safe and organized training environment, all weights, dumbbells, bars, plates, and strength equipment must be returned to their designated location immediately after use.
Do not leave weights, plates, bars, or other equipment in walkways or open training areas.
Strength equipment must be used only for its intended purpose and in a safe, controlled manner.
Authorized Facility Use
Walk-in access is available during staffed hours for a fee of $15 per visit.
Guests are not permitted inside the facility during non-staffed hours.
Access is limited to authorized members, trainers, coaches, and scheduled participants.
Professional Behavior
Treat fellow athletes, parents, coaches, trainers, and staff with respect at all times.
Running, horseplay, reckless behavior, or misuse of equipment is not permitted anywhere in the facility.
Members and guests must follow all posted rules, facility notices, and staff instructions.
Do not interrupt, interfere with, or enter areas being used for private lessons, camps, clinics, or team practices unless you are a scheduled participant.
Member Responsibility
Failure to follow these guidelines may result in a verbal warning, temporary suspension of facility privileges, or termination of membership, depending on the severity or frequency of the violation.
Serious safety, security, or conduct violations may result in immediate removal from the facility.
The Dugout Athlete Pledge
As a member of The Dugout Training Facility, I will train with purpose, respect others, protect the facility, care for the equipment, and represent The Dugout with integrity both inside and outside the facility.
Thank You
By following these guidelines, you help provide every athlete with a clean, safe, respectful, and professional place to train, develop, and achieve their goals.
