Membership
How much is a monthly membership?
A monthly membership is $60 per athlete.
What does a membership include?
Membership includes access to:
- Eight indoor hitting cages
- Five pitching lanes
- Large fielding area
- Strength training area
- Two Hack Attack Jr. baseball pitching machines
- One Hack Attack Jr. softball pitching machine
- Live Dashboard access
- Digital waitlist
What are member access hours?
Members may access the facility seven days a week from 6:00 AM until 10:00 PM.
What are staffed hours?
Staffed hours are:
- Monday–Friday: 5:00 PM–8:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM
How do I become a member?
Memberships are completed during staffed hours. You may also contact The Dugout for additional information.
Can members reserve cages?
No. Member cage access is first come, first served. Members do not reserve cages.
Check the Live Dashboard before arriving to view current facility availability.
Can I visit without becoming a member?
Yes. Guest passes are available for $15 per visit.
Do you offer Teacher or First Responder pricing?
Yes. Special membership pricing is available for qualifying Teachers and First Responders with a valid employment ID.

Do you offer team memberships?
Yes. Team membership options are available. Contact the facility for information and pricing.

Training Facility
How many hitting cages are available?
The main Training Facility has eight indoor hitting cages.
How many pitching lanes are available?
The main Training Facility has five pitching lanes.
Do you have pitching machines?
Yes. The facility offers:
- Two Hack Attack Jr. baseball pitching machines
- One Hack Attack Jr. softball pitching machine
Is The Dugout climate controlled?
No. The Dugout is an indoor training facility, but it is not climate controlled.
Can members use the facility when staff is not present?
Yes. Members may use the facility during member access hours, including times when the facility is not staffed.
All facility access rules and safety requirements must still be followed.
How do I know whether a cage is available?
Check the Live Dashboard before arriving. It displays the current status of cages, pitching lanes, and training areas.

Private Lessons
How do I schedule a private lesson?
Visit the Trainers page and contact the instructor of your choice directly.

Each trainer independently sets their own lesson rates, schedule, and availability.

Private Team Training
Team Facility
What is included with the Team Facility?
The private 7,000-square-foot Team Facility includes:
- Three 60-foot training cages
- Dedicated pitching area
- Large fielding area
- Private access for your team
How much does the Team Facility cost?
Standard Team Facility rental is $120 per hour.
Are additional Team Facility packages available?
Yes. Additional package options and recurring rental pricing are available.

Camps & Clinics
Where can I see current camps and clinics?
Current programs, dates, ages, pricing, availability, and registration information are listed on the Camps page.
View Current CampsWhat should my athlete bring to camp?
Required equipment may vary by program. Athletes commonly need a glove, bat, helmet, athletic shoes, and water.
Review the specific camp information before attending.
Are camp spaces limited?
Many camps and clinics have limited enrollment. Register early when possible.

The digital waitlist helps organize athletes waiting for an available cage or training area during busy periods.
